TERMS OF AGREEMENT

The building plans offered are typical construction plans utilized by builders to construct the home. The plans may or may not offer plumbing, electrical or foundation information. Why? Typical house plans, sold nationally, do not reflect the changing building code requirements. Your local building department and or local builders are the best source of information to determine local building codes and their requirements for your home. Through its affiliate fabricator, Eagle's Nest offers a wide range of fee based services to assist you in meeting local building codes, if required.

IMPORTANT - Before proceeding with your purchase, ALL blueprints /house plans are the proprietary and intellectual rights of Eagle's Nest Homes, Inc. When you purchase these blueprints, you do not have the right to stick build / site build your home from them. YOU MUST USE THE EAGLE'S NEST PANELIZATION PROCESS; THEREBY RECEIVING, THE BENEFITS THAT COME WITH PANELIZATION OF THE HOMES SUPERSTRUCTURE.

Return Policy:Eagle's Nest Homes, Inc. will replace, free of charge, pages that might be missing or illegible in your blueprints. All blueprint pages are numbered sequentially and the last page is a material list. Please remember that blueprint readability is often not clear or crisp.

If you have a problem, Your Independent Eagle's Nest Representative must be notified within 10-days of the receipt of your order. Please send an e-mail to your Independent Eagle's Nest Representative with your full name, daytime phone number & a complete explanation of the problem with your order. In your e-mail, please explain which home plans you ordered and which pages are missing or illegible by page number. Your Independent Eagle's Nest Representative will then contact Eagle's Nest Homes, Inc. to have the problem fixed.

All sales are final with no buy back policy and considered to be final upon the day of shipment.
